Rent & Rental Period

For an average monthly rent of 7875.00 euros, you get access to a fully equipped and elegantly designed living space. But that's not all the amenities - the utilities of 1550.00 euros are also included, so you can be sure that your surroundings are carefully maintained and cared for.

We know how important it is to stay connected, and that's why the electricity and internet costs of 425.00 euros are also included in the package. Say goodbye to the hassle of multiple bills and the worry of unexpected costs - our comprehensive concept covers your essential needs.

Security is our top priority, which is why we require a deposit of 3 months' net rent. This way, both parties are protected and you have a worry-free rental agreement.

Our flexible rental conditions cater to your needs. The minimum rental period is 3-6 months, so you can experience the charm of the coach house and its surroundings even during a shorter stay. If you would like to extend your stay beyond this, we can accommodate your wishes.

Cleaning and laundry service: Leave the cleaning to us and enjoy a carefully maintained living space. Our professional cleaning team will ensure that every corner of your home is spotless and inviting. In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service.

Towels and linens: Immerse yourself in the comfort of the towels and linens we provide. Experience the luxury of freshly laundered linens that create a cozy and relaxing environment.

Gardening and Planting Services: The beauty of the private courtyard and its lush surroundings is enhanced by our gardening and planting services. Our experts will take care of your outdoor space and ensure that the greenery remains vibrant and inviting during your stay.

Aquarium care: For those who appreciate the captivating beauty of the aquarium in the living room, we offer the option of aquarium care. Whether you prefer to care for it yourself under supervision or entrust the care to our trained staff, we have prepared everything for you. The care fee is calculated according to the effort involved, so that you can enjoy the fascinating underwater world without any problems.

cancellation policy

The following cancellation fees apply:

- up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.

  • Deposit: 50% of the rental price by arrangement

  • Final payment: 14 days before moving in/ monthly

  • Deposit: 50% of the rental price

  • Arrival time: 3:00 pm at the earliest

  • Departure: no later than 11:00 am
